Allen Yarinsky with Palestinian Merchant (1974). Photo by Estelle Kessler Yarinsky
Allen Yarinsky (May 6, 1929—May 18, 2013) spent his career in the field of pharmaceutical research and his personal time with his wife Estelle, traveling extensively and documenting the world he saw. His images reflect our collective humanity, regardless of time and place. The irony, pain, humor and challenges of life shown in his work are universal.
Allen published four volumes of his photographs, entitled No Comment, A Point of View, Observations, and Slices.
This site is being maintained as a memorial to Allen and his art. If you require more information, please contact myarinsky@gmail.com.
